Pulze is a suite of customizable pipeline tools designed to streamline 3D visualization workflows, making complex processes more efficient for artists and studios.
For the launch of the Pulze ecosystem, I directed the development of the branding film, shaping the animation approach and visual storytelling. Working closely with 3D artists and developers, the goal was to translate the spirit of the tools into a distinctive visual narrative.
The film is built around an abstract visual journey guided by a recurring hero element, a sphere, moving through a series of dynamic environments inspired by different stages of the rendering and filmmaking pipeline. The sphere acts as a unifying motif throughout the film, reflecting the playful, flexible character of the Pulze ecosystem while connecting the different visual worlds.
By using a vibrant colour palette, we were able to achieve a refreshing and modern aesthetic for the video, giving it a fresh new look.
The colorful objects symbolize the many tasks a 3D artist must juggle across multiple scenes, cameras, lighting setups, and animations. The shifting room colors represent these different scenes. The animation illustrates how Scene Manager brings order to this chaos, with the scattered tasks ultimately gathered neatly in Render Manager.
